Contacts CRM - 2.1.08 Release Notes

The release of 2.1.08 brings an exciting enhancement that transforms our previous Contacts solution into Contacts CRM.

Contacts CRM massively changes the previous functionality so that users can now manage their private leads and contacts in a much more traditional way while also integrating it with Park Sites.

With this integration users can easily link each contact to multiple parks using either Contacts CRM or the Contacts CRM button within Park Sites.

Additionally to help users automatically gain leads, Contacts CRM has been integrated into the Advertise and Professionals solutions.

When a user has chosen to publish an advertisement or a Professionals page, this integration allows new leads to be pushed into Contacts CRM when someone else views the published page.

To assist users with marketing to their new leads, we've also added a Zapier integration to Contacts CRM. The Zapier integration will allow the user to build Zaps within Zapier after they have connected their MHParks.com account to their Zapier account using a private APK Key.

With each Zap that is built within Zapier, users can send new and existing leads or contacts to other 3rd party applications. Additionally, Zapier Zaps can add or update their Contacts CRM records when a records information may be added or change within a 3rd party app.

By having this type of bilateral integration, users can automate marketing emails which the user may choose to send to new leads while also pushing new records into Contacts CRM that may be obtained from 3rd party landing pages and more.
