Introduction to Sold Parks
Having good comparable sale information on properties that have sold, is vital to anyone that works with real estate. Buyers, Sellers, Brokers, Appraisers, and Lenders each depend on comparable sales to help make a clear determination of the market value of a property they are working with. Mobile home parks and RV parks are no exception!
Because the of the diversity and scarcity of sold parks, in specific physical locations, finding reliable MH/RV parks sales data can be challenging.
That's why MHParks.com has included a solution called Sold Parks which is specifically designed to provide our members with the ability to submit comparable sales information. They can do so through two methods:
- Park for Sale Ad - This is accomplished by changing the ad's Listing Status to Closed.
- Submit an outside park sale - This is accomplished by clicking the Submit Sale button within the Sold Parks solution.
Overview
Submitting from a Park for Sale Ad
Sold Parks is seamlessly integrated with our Parks for Sale Ad feature, to provide users the ability to submit sales information on any of the mobile home parks or RV parks that they may have successfully sold while advertising on MHParks.com.
This is accomplished by changing a park's Listing Status to Closed, from within their Parks for Sale Ad.
When a user confirms they wish to change their ad's Listing Status to Closed, the user is prompted to complete a few basic questions about their transaction by completing the Submit Sale form.
When the sold park is located within a non-disclosure state, the user can simply select the Do not track sale information option. This option will prevent any sale information from being provided while still showcasing your success in Sold Parks.
Once the Submit Sale form has been successfully submitted, by clicking the Submit button, the park's advertisement stops publicly displaying on MHParks.com and is displayed in Sold Parks.
By clicking on a specific sold park, from within the Sold Parks solution, users are able to view the details of the advertisement, along with the submitted sales information.

Submitting an outside park sale
This option is currently scheduled to be released in mid June 2023, and will be updated accordingly.
Note - Only paid plan members have the ability to submit an outside park sales from within Sold Parks.
Warning - For security purposes, once the Listing Status of a Park for Sale Ad has been changed to Closed, no further edits can be made to the advertisement without contacting support.
Note - When a user has changed the Listing Status of a Parks for Sale Ad to Closed, but chooses to not complete the Submit Sale form, by simply closing the form, the Closed value in the Listing Status field will remain a hyperlink so that users can submit the sale information at a later date. Once the Submit Sale form is submitted, the hyperlink is removed from the Closed value.
