Submitting a Sale with A Park for Sale Ad
In this article the user will learn how to submit sales information about a mobile home park or RV park that they have successfully sold after advertising it with a Park for Sale Ad in our Advertise solution.
Overview
To accurately gather mobile home park and RV park sales information, MHParks.com has integrated our Sold Parks module with our Parks for Sale Ads within our Advertise solution. This allows anyone, that has published a Park for Sale Ad, to submit the information about their successful sale.
After the sale information has been submitted, members of MHParks.com can then view a snapshot of the ad along with the sale information, from within Sold Parks.
This allows our users to showcase their successful sales while they also provide comparable sales throughout the United States.
Important - Users within non-disclosure states can place a check in the option Do not track sale information to display their sale without disclosing the sale details within Sold Parks.

Note - Prior to submitting a park's sale information with a Park for Sale Ad, users are required to publish the Park for Sale Ad.
Instructions
To submit the sales information on a park that you have sold with a Park for Sale Ad, please perform the following steps.
- Login to your MHParks.com account.
- In your Dashboard, click Advertise in the left menu.
- Be sure you are viewing the Parks for Sale Ad Tab.
- Locate the park you wish to submit the sale information for.
- Within your advertisement's Listing Status field, click the Pencil (Edit) icon to change the Listing Status.
- Click the Select Listing Status dropdown and select Closed.
- Click the Save button on the Change Listing Status form.
- Confirm you wish to change the Listing Status to Closed by clicking Yes. (Caution- Changing the Listing Status to Closed is irreversible without contacting our Support Team.)
- After confirming you wish to change the Listing Status to Closed, you will be prompted that your Listing Status has been successfully updated, and the Submit Sale form will be displayed.
- When the Submit Sale form appears, complete the fields in the Sales Details, Sale Terms, and Sales Questions sections, OR check the option Do not track sale information, to keep the sale's information private.
- After verifying your information is correct, click the Submit button located in the bottom right of the form, to submit the sales information.
Warning - Changing your Park for Sale Ad's Listing Status to Closed will terminate your publishing period and stop it from publicly displaying on MHParks.com. To undo this action you must contact support.
Note - After clicking the Submit button, on the Submit Sale form, your advertisement, along with the sales information you provided, will immediately be displayed in Sold Parks.
