Overview

While MHParks.com does have an extensive Knowledge Base which covers many of the basic instructions on how to accomplish various tasks,  we also provide our members with direct access to our Support Team via Email . The details below will outline how to utilize each of the methods. 

  • Email - Anyone can contact the MHParks.com Support Team by directly emailing support@mhparks.com. Our typical response time is within 24 hours, during normal business hours. Emails received outside of our normal business hours will be processed the next business day.  
  • Zoom Meeting - Users can request a support meeting from within the Contact Us page of our public website.
  • Support Call - Users can request a scheduled support call from within the Contact Us page of our public website. Once your call is scheduled we will call you at the specified time.

Note - Normal business hours for MHParks.com staff are Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:00pm CST.
