Instances of Abuse

MHParks.com has worked hard to provide a platform that users can rely on while working in the mobile home park and RV park industry. To ensure the quality of our website and its contents remain consistent, MHParks.com reserves the right to permanently ban any user that may choose to abuse MHParks.com.

In this article you will learn how to report site abuse and some of the examples that may result in a permanent banning from the use of MHParks.com.

Overview

MHParks.com understands that mistakes happen from time to time, but they also acknowledge the inappropriate actions by a few can negatively impact everyone else around them. That's why throughout the modules of MHParks.com, users can report instances of abuse by contacting our Support Team at support@mhparks.com.

As an extra layer of security, advertisements that are published by our members are periodically reviewed by our Support Team. Additionally our system records the actions of each user's account, and their IP address, as they interact with our site.

While the following is a basic list of abuse instances, it does not limit what may be considered abuse. MHParks.com reserves the right to asses each abuse report, or instance of abuse, on a case-by-case determination. 

  • Purposely entered fictitious park information
  • Claiming parks that you have no association with
  • Making fraudulent claims in advertisements
  • Branding advertisements with other people's contact information.  
  • Using foul language anywhere in MHParks.com 
  • Harassing other members
  • Attempting to scrape or download any data from MHParks.com

When it has been determined by the MHParks.com Support Team, that an instance of abuse by a user has occurred, the MHParks.com staff may choose to issue a warning to the user or permanently ban the user from using MHParks.com without notice. All decisions made by MHParks.com, its Support Team, or staff are final in all instances of abuse.  

Warning- MHParks.com reserves the right to suspend any advertisement that has the appearance of impropriety. If an advertisement is suspended there will be no financial credit given for the time it remains suspended. 

Warning - No financial credit will be given, for any transactions, when a user's account has been disabled because of an instance of abuse.
