Introduction to Classified Ads
Classified Ads are a great way for members to advertise their goods and services to others in the mobile home park and RV park industry! In this article the reader will become familiar with the basics of our Classified Ads, which is located within the Advertise solution.
Note - Users must have a paid membership plan to access the Classified Ads tab, located in the Advertise solution of their Dashboard.
Note - Paid plan members can create and publish an unlimited number of Classified Ads for free as part of their subscription.
Overview
When a user chooses to create and publish a Classified Ad, it displays within our Classified Ads page on the MHParks.com website . Each published Classified Ad is tagged with the category it represents so viewers can filter exactly which ads they wish to view. There are currently seven categories to choose from while creating a Classified Ad:
- Mobile Homes for Sale
- RV's for Sale
- Brokerage Services
- Lending Services
- Insurance Services
- Coaching Services
- In Search Of
Users can create a new Classified Ad from within the Advertise solution of their Dashboard.
Each published and republished advertisement will run for a period of 30 days on the public MHParks.com site.

While going through the publishing process, users can choose to upgrade their Classified Ad to a Premium Ad. By upgrading your advertisement to a Premium Ad, your ad will display a green Premium tag, while it publicly displays on MHParks.com. Premium Ads also display before ads that have not been upgraded to a Premium Ad.

Each time you publish or republish a Classified Ad, an email notification containing a link to your ad, will be sent out to both free and paid members immediately notifying them of your new advertisement.
As a marketing benefit, once your advertisement has been published, MHParks.com records the visits to your advertisement.
By clicking on the number, from within your ad's Views column, users can see the logged in visitor's name, phone number, email address, and the date for each time they have viewed the ad.
For those times that a user is not logged in, or does not have an account with MHParks.com, the visitor's information will simply display as Visitor.
This information is perfect for anyone that wants to follow up with visitors that may be interested in your goods or services.
