Contacts - 2.0.00 Release Notes

Other than seeing a cleaner table on the main page of the Contacts solution, within the release of 2.0.00 users will notice very little changes have been made to enhance the previous build of this solution.

This is because we are currently working on a full redesign of the Contacts solutions. Prior to the redesign there were several underlying dataset changes that were required to be implemented. These underlying changes have been accomplished in 2.0.00.

As our Contacts solution sits now, it is a very simple and basic way for users to store contacts they may have in the MH/RV park industry.

Looking to the future our team is currently working on transforming the existing Contacts solution into a full blown CRM system that also integrates directly into our existing Park Sites and Advertise solutions while including an outside Zapier integration.

The integration with Park Sites will allow users to bilaterally add new contacts either through Park Sites or directly within the Contacts CRM solution. This will enable the user to link their own proprietary contacts with the individual parks within Park Sites for more private record keeping.

Additionally, by integrating the future Contact CRM solution with our existing Advertise solution, users will have the ability to automatically feed new marketing leads from their published advertisements to their Contacts CRM when a visitor clicks on their advertisement.

As an added bonus users will have the ability to push new leads to their favorite email marketing campaign system using an added integration between MHParks.com and Zapier utilizing customized pipelines that are set up within each ad.

While there is no set future release date of the new Contacts CRM solution, we anticipate it to be sometime in the mid to late fall of 2023. Once released we will be depreciating the existing Contacts solution.
