Changing Plans

MHParks.com offers two great plans to choose from. At the time you sign up, users are automatically provided a free Standard Plan. After you've signed up you can choose to upgrade to a Pro Plan for access to our full suite of solutions using the Billings & Plans tab of their profile. Please see our article titled Profile Settings Overview for additional information about your profile.

In this article we will discuss the differences between a Standard and Pro plan as well as the steps that are involved in changing your plan.

Overview

Standard Plan

Upon successfully validating their email, when a user first logs into their account they will be provided a free Standard Plan. This plan provides users access the basic items such as advertising alerts, the My Parks solution, and Sold Parks solution. Standard Plan users can also publish Park for Sale Ads from within the Advertise solution. For the latest specific details please view our Pricing page.

Pro Plan

A user can choose to change their plan from a Standard Plan to a Pro Plan at anytime after their first login. When you first change your plan you will be provided two options based on how you wish to pay for your plan. They are Pro Plan (Billed Monthly) and Pro Plan (Billed Annually).

Both billing types of the Pro Plan provide the same access to the full suite of our solutions. For the latest details please view our Pricing page.

7-Day Trail Period

The first time a user chooses to change their plan to a Pro Plan (Billed Monthly) option they are provided a 7-day free trial period. Prior to selecting this option, users are required to enter their payment information, but their credit card will not be charged until the end of the first 7 days.

No charges will be applied when a user chooses to change their plan back to a Standard Plan prior to the end of the 7-day trail period.

Changing Back to a Standard Plan

Periodically a user may choose to change from a Pro Plan back to a Standard Plan. After a user changes their Pro Plan back to a Standard Plan their account will automatically change back to a Standard Plan at the end of their current billing cycle.

Instructions

To change your plan users have two options to access the Billings & Plans tab of their Profile.

Option 1

  1. Login to your MHParks.com account.
  2. In your Dashboard, click Change Plan button within the main menu located at the left of the page. (Note - This will take you directly to the Billings & Plans Tab within your profile.)
  3. On the Billings & Plans tab of your profile, click the Change Plan button located within the Current Plan section of the page.
  4. Select the appropriate plan from the Select New Plan dropdown menu.
  5. Click the Save button located at the bottom of the Change Plan window.

Option 2

  1. Login to your MHParks.com account.
  2. In your Dashboard, click your user image located at the top right of the dashboard. (Note - A menu will display a list of options which includes the option My Profile)
  3. Click the option My Profile.
  4. Click the Billings & Plans tab option located directly below your profile image on the My Profile page.
  5. Click the Change Plan button located within the Current Plan section of the page.
  6. Select the appropriate plan from the Select New Plan dropdown menu.
  7. Click the Save button located at the bottom of the Change Plan window.

Note - Users are required to enter their payment information prior to successfully changing to a Pro Plan.
