Canceling Your Account
We understand there may be times that a user simply no longer wishes to keep their MHParks.com account active. During those times users can cancel their account at anytime.
In this article we'll discuss the steps to cancel your account and alternatives to canceling your account when you simply no longer wish to incur expenses associated with your Pro Plan.
Overview
When a user choose to cancel their account, the cancelation will take effect immediately for users that are on a Standard Plan. For users that have a paid Pro Plan the cancelation will take effect at the end of their billing cycle or trial period.
Once a cancelation takes effect it will automatically stop any advertisements that you have published and are still active. Cancelation will also prevent the user from receiving any email notifications about future Park for Sale Ads or Classified Ads that may be posted by other members.
Cancelation Alternatives
Many times there are two central reasons why a user would choose to cancel their account.
- They no longer wish to pay for an account
In this scenario we recommend the alternative option of simply changing your plan from a paid Pro Plan to a free Standard Plan rather than canceling.
By changing to a free Standard Plan, you'll be able to continue enjoying all the basic aspects of MHParks.com without incurring any monthly or yearly expense.

- Their experience was not what the expected
Our goals is to provide our users with an excellent experience as they travel through their mobile home park journey. That's why in this scenario we simply ask for the opportunity to make things right before you choose to cancel.
Many times unsatisfactory experiences can simply be the result of a misunderstanding of how to use our platform. Other times a user may simply be experiences a programming bug that hasn't been reported. In either case these types of issues can be easily resolved with a quick conversation with our support team.

Instructions
When alternatives to canceling your account are not a viable option, please perform the following actions to cancel your account.
- Login to your MHParks.com account.
- In your Dashboard, click your user image located at the top right of the dashboard. (Note - A menu will display a list of options which includes the option My Profile)
- Click the menu option My Profile.
- Click the Billings & Plans tab option located directly below your profile image on the My Profile page.
- Click the red Cancel Account button located within the Current Plan section of the page.
Important - When canceling an account that is utilizing a Pro Plan, your account will automatically be cancelled at the end of your current billing cycle. Accounts using a Standard Plan will be canceled immediately.
