Deleting a Company in Contacts CRM

At times a user may find that a company's record has become outdated and the user no longer wishes to include it in their Contacts CRM records. In this article users will learn how to delete a company from the Contacts CRM solution.

Overview

Within the Contacts CRM solution of MHParks.com, users can delete an existing company from within its Actions menu while viewing the Companies tab.

Note - To begin using Contacts CRM, you must have a paid plan.

Instructions

To delete a company in the Contacts CRM solution, please perform the following steps.

  1. Login to your MHParks.com account.
  2. In your Dashboard, click Contacts CRM from the left menu. 
  3. While viewing the Companies tab, locate the company you wish to delete. (Hint - Use the filter or Search field to help locate the correct company)
  4. In the Actions menu, click the Delete option. 
  5. Click Yes to confirm you wish to permanently delete the company. 

Warning - Deleting a company will permanently remove the company from the Contacts CRM solution. This action is not reversible. 

Important - Deleting a company's record will also remove its link to any associated contact. The contact's record will otherwise remain unchanged.
