Deleting a Contact in Contacts CRM

At times a user may find that a contact, has become outdated and no longer wishes to include them in their Contacts CRM records. In this article users will learn how to delete a contact from the Contacts CRM solution. 

Overview

Within the Contacts CRM solution of MHParks.com, users can delete an existing contact from within the Actions field while viewing the Contacts tab.

Note - To begin using Contacts CRM, you must have a paid plan.

Instructions

To delete a contact in the Contacts CRM solution, please perform the following steps.

  1. Login to your MHParks.com account.
  2. In your Dashboard, click Contacts CRM from the left menu. 
  3. While viewing the Contacts tab, locate the contact you wish to delete. (Hint - Use the filter or Search field to help locate the correct contact)
  4. In the Actions menu, click the Delete option. 
  5. Click Yes to confirm you wish to permanently delete the contact. 

Warning - Deleting a contact will permanently remove the contact from the Contacts CRM solution. This action is not reversible.
