Adding Industry Roles to a Contact in Contacts CRM

Industry roles are a great way to categorize people within the mobile home park industry. By managing a contact's industry role, you can filter records or market to specific groups of people based on the role they play in the industry. In this article we'll discuss how to add industry roles to each contact.

Overview

Everyone views their customer's roles within the mobile home park industry differently. To accommodate for this, users must first set up the roles they wish to track for each contact using the Manage Industry Roles option within the Contacts CRM settings.

After completing this step, users can then add an unlimited number of industry roles to each contact stored within Contacts CRM.

Note - To begin using Contacts CRM, you must have a paid plan.

Important - Before adding an Industry Role to a contact, you must create your list of Industry Roles within the Settings of Contacts CRM. For more information about creating a list of Industry Roles please refer to our article Managing Industry Roles within Contacts CRM.
