Linking Park Sites to a Contact within Contacts CRM

One of the unique aspects of Contacts CRM is the ability to link mobile home parks and RV parks within our system to a users leads and contacts. In this article we will cover how to link mobile home parks while working directly within the Contacts CRM solution.

Overview

With traditional CRM platforms, many times the user is forced to build an extensive set of customized fields to track mobile home parks while also being able to track their leads and contacts. Even for the an experienced technical person this can become challenging.

To compound the issue, many of the popular CRM systems that are capable of displaying customized records on a map, simply lack the technology to display more than a few thousand locations. This can often cause huge lag times and even browser and system crashes.

The integration built into Contacts CRM solves these issues by simply allowing the user to link the mobile home parks stored within our Park Sites solution to each contact they may record within Contacts CRM.

By allowing the user to link both types of records to each other, users are able to have multiple parks connected to a specific contact without requiring the user to customize their Contacts CRM.

Note - To begin using Contacts CRM, you must have a paid plan.

Note - Contacts can alternatively be linked to a specific Park Site using the Contacts CRM button within our Park Sites solution. Please refer to our Park Sites Knowledge Base Articles for more information.
