Park for Sale Ad Tags
Properly displaying tags on your Park for Sale Ad, is a powerful way to ensure your mobile home park or RV park advertisement receives the attention it deserves.
In this article users will gain an understanding of how, and when, to utilize the tags that display for each Park for Sale Ad you publish.
Overview
In real estate sales, there are four basic steps to the lifecycle of a property being marketed and eventually sold.
When the property is first marketed to the public, it is known as a Listing. Once a buyer for the property has been secured with a Purchase Agreement, the property's listing becomes Sale Pending until the transaction is fully completed. After closing, the property's Listing Status is considered Closed.
On occasion, the seller may also choose to lower the price of the property to entice buyers. During those times sellers like to market the property as Price Reduced.
MHParks.com uses this same concept for displaying colored tags that help our users market their park. This is accomplished when the user chooses to change the Listing Status of a Park for Sale Ad.
Additionally, changing the ad's Listing Status to Closed, triggers the user to submit the park's sale information. When a user changes the ad's Listing Status to Sold, they are displayed the Submit Sale form.
Once the Submit Sale form has been submitted, a snapshot of the ad and the sale information will be displayed in our Sold Parks solution. This allows our users to showcase their successful sales while also providing everyone with comparable sales.
User's in non-disclosure states can option out of submitting their sale information while still displaying their success in Sold Parks.
The following is a list of Listing Status tag options that users can choose from for a Park for Sale Ad as the property is going through the sales lifecycle:
- Listing - By selecting this option, no tag is displayed on your advertisement unless you have otherwise upgraded your advertisement to a Premium Ad.
- Price Reduced - By selecting this option, a red Price Reduced tag will appear any time your advertisement is displayed on the MHParks.com website.
- Sale Pending - By selecting this option, a blue Sale Pending tag will appear any time your advertisement is displayed on the MHParks.com website.
- Sold - By selecting this option, a gray Sold tag will appear any time your advertisement is displayed on the MHParks.com website.
