Managing Group Tags within Contacts CRM

In this article we'll discuss how to manage your customizable group tags from within the settings option of Contacts CRM as well as the relevance of utilizing both Industry Roles and Group tags.

Overview

While the options within Contacts CRM allows users to manage the Industry Roles that can be added to each contact, users may also want to manage groups of contacts by adding a specific tag to their record. An example of this is when a contact may have an Industry Role of Insurance Agent, but also may be a Buyer.

By adding an Industry Role of Insurance Agent to the contact's record you know what they formally do, but by also tagging them as a Buyer, you know they may potentially interested in a park you are selling.

This type of grouping can be especially valuable while using our built-in Zapier Integration to feed records to your email campaign app.

Note - To begin using Contacts CRM, you must have a paid plan.
