Sending Emails from within Contacts CRM

Directly communicating with clients and customers with an email is a vital part of any business. That's why we provide users with the ability to send an email to a contact with a single click. In this article you will learn how Contacts CRM works with your email client to avoid having to type or copy and paste email addresses.

Overview

Contacts CRM provides several locations within each contact's record where you can simply click a contact's email address or email button to send an email. When you click either the contact's email address or it's associated button, Contacts CRM will automatically open a new email message, from within your default email client, while adding the contact's email address to the recipient's field.

Note - To begin using Contacts CRM, you must have a paid plan.

Important - Users must have email client software installed on their device to properly send an email to a contact from within Contacts CRM.

Instructions

To send an email from within the Contacts CRM solution, please perform the following steps.

From the Contacts Tab

  1. Login to your MHParks.com account. 
  2. In your Dashboard, click Contacts CRM from the left menu.
  3. While viewing the Contacts tab, locate the contact you wish to email. (Hint - Use the filter or Search field to help locate the correct contact)
  4. Click the email address for the specific contact you wish to send an email to.

Upon clicking the contact's email address your systems default email client will open with the contact's address added to the new message.

From within a Contact's Record (Method #1)

  1. Login to your MHParks.com account. 
  2. In your Dashboard, click Contacts CRM from the left menu.
  3. While viewing the Contacts tab, locate the contact you wish to email. (Hint - Use the filter or Search field to help locate the correct contact)
  4. Within the Actions menu of the specific contact, select the View option. 
  5. While viewing the contact's record, click the contact's email address located just below the contacts image.

Upon clicking the contact's email address your systems default email client will open with the contact's address added to the new message.

From within a Contact's Record (Method #2)

  1. Login to your MHParks.com account. 
  2. In your Dashboard, click Contacts CRM from the left menu.
  3. While viewing the Contacts tab, locate the contact you wish to email. (Hint - Use the filter or Search field to help locate the correct contact)
  4. Within the Actions menu of the specific contact, select the View option. 
  5. While viewing the contact's Personal Information tab, click the email button located within the Email field.

Upon clicking the contact's email address your systems default email client will open with the contact's address added to the new message.
