Adding Group Tags to a Contact within Contacts CRM

Group Tags are a great way to track how a contact relates to your business. By adding a Group Tag to a contact, you can filter specific records based on the group they belong to. In this article we'll discuss how to add a Group Tag to a contact.

Overview

Everyone's contacts fit into their business differently. Brokers have contacts that are buyers and sellers, while mortgage brokers may want to identify their contacts by park types. To accommodate for this, users must first set up the Group Tags they wish to track for each contact using the Manage Group Tags option within the Contacts CRM settings.

After completing this step, users can then add an unlimited number of Group Tags to each contact stored within Contacts CRM.

Note - To begin using Contacts CRM, you must have a paid plan.

Important - Before adding a Group Tag to a contact, you must create your list of Group Tags within the Settings of Contacts CRM. For more information about creating a list of Group Tags, please refer to our article Managing Group Tags within Contacts CRM.
